We want you to feel confident when you shop with Black Mantis Titanium. Our cutting boards are engineered for long-term use, and we proudly stand behind the quality of every order.

Return Eligibility

Because our products are durable, non-consumable goods, returns are accepted under the conditions outlined below.

If you experience any issue with your purchase — such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all Black Mantis Titanium cutting boards.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and our team will work with you to provide a refund, store credit, or replacement, depending on the situation.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible.

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
